Level One Monday 4:15-5:15

Level 1: Mondays 4:15pm-5:15pm

In this class, athletes will learn the basic dynamics of tumbling and body control including skills such as cartwheels, round offs, back walkovers, etc.

In this class, athletes will learn the components and work towards level 2 skills such as back handsprings.

This class geared towards 3-6-year-olds is a perfect way to introduce your little one to cheerleading. Athletes will have so much fun learning body control and motor movements through games and activities.

Flyer Flex- Wednesday 6:30pm-7:15pm

Flyer flex is a class focused on increasing the flexibility of top girls. Athletes will work on body positions and flying skills as well as gain advice on how to further their stretching outside of the gym.

Power Tumbling- Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm

This supervised class will provide athletes with a guided warm-up and instruction to further their tumbling abilities during their individual skill work.

Thursday Back Walkover/Handspring Class

Back Walkover and Handspring Class: Thursdays- 4:30pm-5:15pm

Winter Session Dates

January 9 -16-23-30

February 6-13-20- 27

March 5-12-19-26

Athletes will learn all components involved in a back handspring and work on isolating and mastering each component in order to achieve a technically perfect handspring.
