Our Classes are open to everyone, ages 3 and up. No experience is needed. Check class schedule below:

February Class Schedule!

Classes are offered most days for boys and girls. New session of classes is offered each month. Small group classes of 4-6 students or private lessons can be scheduled at your preferred time.

Friday Night Lights-Supervised Open Gym- open to the public $9 gym members, $12 non-members, pay at door. Waiver signed before participating.

Annual Registration Fee

All students must pay a $20 annual registration fee.

Athletes on a Dakota Spirit do not have to pay the annual registration fee. 

 

Level One -Monday 4:15pm-5:15pm

Class for Beginners to Advanced beginners to learn fundamental building blocks including forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridges, walkovers and other basic skills. Class Dates: February 5-12-19-26

Level Two- Monday 5:15pm-6:15pm

Level 2 Tumbling focuses on mastering back handsprings and other level 2 combination passes ! Class Dates: February 5-12-19-26

Level Three-Five Monday 7:15pm-8:15pm

Athletes will focus on learning roundoff back handspring tucks and other level 3 skills! Class Dates: February 5-12-19-26

Little Sizzlers-Wednesday 5:30pm-6:15pm

 

This is a Preschool Tumbling class for children 3 -4 1/2 years old to learn large motor skills, listening and following directions. Students will be taught basic body positions, weight bearing drills, and fun activities to encourage interest and skill in tumbling!  Class Dates: February 7-14-21-28

Beginners- Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Come work round-offs, walkovers, and the basics of handsprings! Class dates: February 7-14-21-28

Flyer Flex- Wednesday 6:30pm-7:15pm

This is class focuses on increasing flexibility and the strength necessary to hold different body positions. Although we target the body positions required of flyers, many bases take this class too! It’s great to improve flexibility necessary for all aspects of cheerleading. Class Dates: February 7-14-21-28

Power Tumbling- Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm

This is an open gym style tumbling class. This class combines all skill levels. Class Dates: February 7-14-21-28
